Rising star in British Gymnastics Ellie Downie competed a “Patterson” or double arabian dismount on beam this weekend at the 2014 Miss Alpha Factor competition, making her the first British girl to perform the move in competition. She started with a 6.1 D score and took gold in the All Around. Full results here.
